Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery time depends on your location, but please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production, as each piece is made to order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I return a piece if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

Not in the traditional sense. All pieces are handcrafted and made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, every piece is covered by a lifetime guarantee.

If something happens, we’ll do our best to repair, adjust, or replace it.
